Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened and cut into small cubes
  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Optional topping: fresh strawberries, whipped cream, or powdered sugar

Preparation :

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Dot the cream cheese cubes evenly over the pie filling.
  5. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over everything (do not mix).
  6. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top of the cake mix. Try to cover as much of the dry mix as possible.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.

🍰 Serving Tips:

  • Best enjoyed warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
  • Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated.
