Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla or yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for extra crunch)

Preparation :

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture over the strawberry filling.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the cream cheese and strawberry layer.
  5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top. Pour the milk over it to ensure moisture.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and graham cracker crumbs if using.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool slightly, then serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
