Ingredients:

  • 1 package (16 oz) pizza dough
  • ½ lb cooked sausage, crumbled
  • ½ lb ground beef, cooked and drained
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (optional, for dipping)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Preparation :

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
  3. Spread the cooked sausage and ground beef evenly over the dough.
  4. Add pepperoni slices on top.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly across the filling.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
  7. Roll the dough tightly, starting from one end, like a jelly roll.
  8. Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  9. Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden crust.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Let it cool slightly, then slice and serve with marinara sauce.
