Cheesy Beef Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar & mozzarella)
- 2 cups cauliflower florets (steamed and chopped) OR diced cooked potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream or cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Olive oil for cooking

Preparation :
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream (or cream cheese), and half of the shredded cheese.
- Add in the cooked beef mixture and cauliflower or potatoes. Mix everything well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and flatten the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions, slice into squares, and serve hot.
