Potato Rolls with Chicken

Ingredients:
For the potato dough:
- 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 2 tbsp cornstarch (or flour)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
For the chicken filling:
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp shredded cheese (optional)
For frying:
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
- Prepare the potato dough:
- Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
- Add cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well until a dough forms.
- Prepare the chicken filling:
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil until soft.
- Add the shredded chicken, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Stir in the parsley and cheese (if using), then remove from heat.
- Assemble the rolls:
- Take a small portion of the potato dough and flatten it in your hand.
- Add a spoonful of chicken filling in the center.
- Carefully shape it into a roll or oval shape, sealing the edges.
- Coating:
- Dip each roll in the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Frying:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve:
- Enjoy hot with ketchup, garlic sauce, or yogurt dip!
