This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) notice applies to Bocrel.com and any services offered through the website. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. 2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA complaint.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
4. Changes to This Notice
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA notice at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this notice periodically.
